We provide you with a well-established delivery mechanism that ensures the products ordered by you reach without any defect, damage or quality-issues. In addition, we're currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all the domestic orders, which clearly implies - no shipping fee would be charged on any order placed within India. And as far as the international buyers are concerned, the shipping charges are based on the destination and quantity of units purchased. We assure you the most subsidized rates ever, and the best services at each step.

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.

Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left outside your house if noone is there to receive the package or noone answers the door bell.

We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-up on those days.

Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Though it would be the weight of your package that determines shipping cost, you'll be charged the least possible fee, for sure.

 Both the international as well as the domestic orders are shipped and delivered through leading courier services, ensuring the buyers an accurate delivery, in good condition, and on right time.

 All the orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

For COD orders, customers will have to pay the Courier Company before you receive the Order.

 

VAT & Custom Duties:

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

During Delays:

Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer refund to you for unfulfilled part of the order.

Please note that all the high value orders will be shipped within 25 – 30 working days. Additionally the customer will be provided with the option to track their order online, after it is shipped. Please note that an additional 5 to 7 days will be taken to deliver the product if you have ordered for stitching. Further, if you're purchasing multiple items and wish to ship them to different addresses, you're recommended to place them as different orders. However, if you've ordered multiple items in a single transaction, and wish to ship them to a single destination, the delivery date will be set as per the availability of the last ordered product. But in case you need the available products on urgent basis, excluding the one that's available later, we provide you with that option as well.

Additional discounts will be offered in case of bulk purchases. For we are adhered to build long-lasting customer relations with enduring commitments, we take utmost care of the needs of our clients. For that matter, we take responsibility of refunding your payment in case any unlikely event occurs and in case you don't receive the ordered products. Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
